Utility Room:

Upon walking into the house there is a utility room with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, alongside an extra shower room. 

 

Kitchen:

This utility room then leads into the large kitchen which has a fridge, oven, dish washer and dining table which seats 8 people. There are double doors which also lead out into the garden where you can enjoy your food and drink outside. The kitchen has some basics which are there for your use, such as kitchen roll, bin liners, cleaning products, spices and sauces.​​

 

In the kitchen, you will find an information booklet on the house and the surrounding area for your convenience, alongside leaflets and timetables for local activities. ​​

 

Living Room:

The living room is a traditional, cosy environment to relax in! There is a TV with Free-sat and a selection of DVD’s, books and games to enjoy if you wish. This room is connected to the conservatory which is a spacious, bright room with fantastic open views into the garden and out onto the beach.

 

​​Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

The house can sleep 6 people in the 3 king bedrooms which all have beautiful views onto the garden and beach. The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite and the upstairs bedrooms share a shower room. 

 

​​Outdoor:

The property has a lovely big garden with outdoor seating, plenty space for parking and your own private access to the beach.

In addition, this house may be recognised by fans of the well known Scottish show Still Game- featured in Series 3 episode 4 "Big Yin" as Big Innes' house!
